Lost 1.6 lbs. At WW this week.
Iust admit I was a little disappointed. I've decided to cut back to 30 pts. And only plan to use 25 of my 49 weekly pts.I do eat a lot of fruit and don't measure my veggies. Which are 0 pts. Also need to come up with a plan in some excercise.
Brocolie. 12 pts.
Salad. 3 pts.
I took the extra pts. I used 32 of my weekly 49. The 49 starts over tomarrow.
