Tonight was WW weigh in and I was down 2.6 oh happy day. In looking back over the week I felt I had a hood balance. Still no excercise. I did not feel deprived and had several treats. Tonight was supper out with my son, daughter and grand son. O really loved the shrimp and it had a nice kick to it. A real bang for 8 pts.

Even though I went over my pts I consider this a successful day lots of good food choices.
