Great breakfast- tasty and filling. I already have a pot of veggies soup cooking,carrots,celery,leeks,green beans,tom,corn. This will be my lunch for the week. I cook up some whole wheat elbow MAC and add 1/2 cup to each serving. I have soup every other week. Sometimes I add meat. Most times not. It is healthy, filling and comforting.
