Have been totally off track since the last time I posted. Hope today is the start off being back on program.

Can't really say why I feel off the wagon. Kinda all started with the Easter candy but I just don't know. I did go to the doctors last week and my thyroid is out of wacky. Which unusual for me. So I am on less medicine. Hope this works.
